We are always looking for volunteers. If you choose to help out you'll be contributing to the development of girls and young women locally, while using and developing your own skills and experience that you can use at work or put on your CV. As a Leader you might get involved in marketing, recruiting volunteers, raising funds, handling budgets and managing large-scale events. You could even develop all sorts of skills including excellent organisational and communicative skills as well as the ability to work as part of a team or on your own initiative. Being a Leader is really enjoyable. It's very rewarding to see young people take pleasure in events that you have organised, help girls and young women try out activities that they haven't tried before, and watch them grow in confidence and ability as time goes on.
