Please find attached the 'Volunteer Photographers Usage Rights Agreement', please make sure that your volunteer photographers, at large scale events, sign this form and return it to the event organiser or event PR Adviser. Please keep this form to ensure that volunteer photographers do not use the photographs taken at your event for non-guiding purposes or to sell for personal gain. This agreement does not need to be signed at smaller event unless you feel it is necessary to maintain the copyright of the photographs taken at your event.
