Refreshed Queen’s Guide Award

We have some exciting news! We have been working on the review and refresh of the Queen’s Guide award since 2021, collaborating with a specialist group of volunteers and consulting with members. A big thank you to all those involved who have made this happen.

Well its official – the new programme is live today! You can find information about the refreshed award, including resources and it’s new look, on the https://www.girlguiding.org.uk/what-we-do/our-badges-and-activities/badge-finder/queens-guide-award/.

Key updates include a wider age range (the award is now open for 16-30-year-olds), increased support for participants, mentors, coordinators and assessors, and improvements to each of 5 sections which make up the award.
