Weekend in Nature 2024

Join us this Earth Day 2024! Girls will enjoy a fun day out at RSPB Rainham Marshes Nature Reserve, discovering nature through a variety of activities such as pond dipping, minibeast hunting and a nature trail.

Girls will be adventurers, exploring the reserve and using magnifiers to observe the tiniest of creatures. They will discover what’s lurking in the depths of the pond, maybe a mysterious alien-like dragonfly nymph, or a great diving beetle! They will also take part in activities like nature art and nature bingo, as they navigate between the different zones of the reserve.

This exciting nature event will have a mix of activities led by experts from the RSPB team, alongside instructions provided for self-led activities.
